Mirror Mirror where art thy mirror

It was a wonderful Fourth of July weekend. We bbq’d on Friday and the kids and hubby popped firecrackers. Everyone had a great time. I will upload pictures later.

Sunday we decided to visit Geyser Falls water park in Mississippi. It is about 3 hours away from us. Well of course, it has been extremely hot in Memphis and we failed to check the weather for Philadelphia, MS. Well, it rained. It poured. It rained. There were bouts of showers then eventually we were able to get 2 hours of playing time in the water. It just amazes me what people will wear out in public. It is a water park so you know you will see bikinis, swim suits, and men in swim trunks. Men are normally decent. Its the normal nice bodies, old bodies, young bodies, and beer belly bodies. You know nothing out the norm. But it is us ladies that takes it to the extreme.

Just because it is hanging on your size rack does not mean it fits you properly. Why expose others to what you are carrying underneath your clothing. Someone should have told some of the ladies that that suit does not fit them or that their belly is way to big to be wearing a two piece. I know I know beauty is in the eye of the beholder but damn behold all that stuff back into some clothing LOL. I am not hating but sometimes we as women need to take a second look into that mirror before we leave home…

Overall it was a nice trip and we will visit again. If you are anywhere in the Mid-South area (AR, TN, MS) you should visit Geyser Falls. It is a great park with great water rides for the whole family. It is mildly priced *35 dollars for adults kids 3 and under free. There are prices for younger kids and seniors but I do not remember those prices. Visit their site www.geyserfalls.com

Have a wonderful week…
